To schedule an appointment, please call (727) 892-4200 and follow the prompts for scheduling.
Our scheduling staff will need approximately 10 -15 minutes of your time. We will need to obtain your current insurance information, address and phone number. Please have your current insurance information available when scheduling an appointment.
It is important you let us know if there has been any pertinent testing done on your child so that the results will be available for your pediatric cardiologist for review during your appointment.
When making your appointment, we will make every effort to schedule you in the location of your choice and as timely as possible. However, in order to ensure the highest quality of care, some testing or specialty clinics may be available only at our main offices.
If you find that you can not keep your appointment, we do ask that you call us and let us know as soon as possible. Although we do not charge for canceled appointments, we could use that time to see another child.
